Hello there, visiter, and welcome to LIT Sports and Leisure's website. We offer scheduled gym classes to registered members.
The types of classes we provide include spinng, kettle blells, pilates, circuits, yoga and zumba, with new types of classes being added all the time. Each class will last for a hour, and class sizes will vary depending on which studio is booked for a particular class.
